Hi,
My client wants the ability to open multiple sessions in the SAP CRM Interaction Center. To do this, I made standard configuration for this, but the button "New Session" is not available by standard in our Sandbox system. My question is why? Am I missing standard configuration or do I have to add this button through development (coding/programming)?
Below is the configuration I have done:
- SPRO -->CRM --> Interaction Center WebClient --> Basic Functions --> Communication Channels --> Define Communication Management Software Profile
2. Then I copied the standard Communication Management Profile, and I put in check mark for "Multi-session". Please see screen shot below:
3. Then I went into SPRO --> Customer Relationship Management --> UI Framework --> Business Roles --> Define Business Roles. Here I added my profile to my business role for Function profile: "ContactCenter". See screen shot below:
4. Next step is to go to SPRO --> CRM --> Interaction Center WebClient --> Basic Functions --> Communications Channels --> Define Toolbar. Here I expected the button "New Session" to be there in this configuration but it is not there.
So the question is whether this is development to have this button or it should be here in the step 4 above or in another standard configuration. Any input would be helpful.
