Hi SAP CRM Techies,
I need your quick help in the below scenario.
Scenario:
We are using SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2.
Ø We support South America region where the Language is Portuguese.
Ø The end-user (Sales Representatives) log-in to the system in Portuguese.
Ø He creates an Activity and in the Notes (Header area) he add the necessary comments related to the activity and save it. When he save it the comments rolls over to the Assignment Block – Notes and a line is created. If we see the extreme right it is “English”. But the content inside it is in Portuguese.
Ø Then the Manager (log-in Portuguese) open the same activity and add his comments in Notes (Assignment Block) and not Notes of Header region. And when he saves the activity, another line is created in the Notes (Assignment Block) here it is Portuguese. So now we can find two lines one in English and another in Portuguese.
Ø Now when the end user takes Print of the Activity we do not find the comment which lies in the line English. In the print the comments which are in line Portuguese are found. So here the end user do not find all the comments about the activity.
Ø There is a custom development done in Notes (Assignment Block).

Clarification required: I guess the Notes (Header region) is not taking the Log-on Language and by default it is taking English. And I think there should not be multiple lines with different languages.
Question : How can we make the Notes (Header region) to take the Log-on language only? Or if you have any better suggestion please advise me.
