Hi everybody,
during my work as a SAP CRM consultant and developer at Atos I learned, that unfortunately projects sometimes not turn out as expected. Due to this the saying is from time to time true, that it first comes always differently and secondly, never as you think. Whereas the progress of a project is not foreseeable in detail, agile process models get more popular. But for all that, are e.g. Scrum projects really more successful concerning achieving objectives in the area of time, budget and quality? In order to resolve this question, I would like to do a comparison between classical and agile process models (Water fall and Scrum) within my bachelor thesis.
In this connection I need your help and 5 – 10 minutes of your time. I kindly ask you to take complete the corresponding questionnaire, which will be used as foundation of my studies. One questionnaire should cover only one SAP CRM project. Nevertheless you can complete the questionnaire several times for several projects. Moreover you are welcome to forward the questionnaire to further colleagues.
Please send the completed questionnaires back to daniel.buese@gmail.com by the 21th January 2014. In order to get points for helpful answers, please also add your scn name within the e-mail and add an answer to this discussion. If you would like to get the results of my bachelor thesis as well, please inform me within your e-mail. Subsequent to bachelor thesis, you will get a summary of the results. In addition, depending on the participation, I willshare the results also on SCN.
The questionnaire (Word document) can be downloaded by following the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2avvzvJw3khMjkwN3RnMzNBMVk/edit?usp=sharing
Best regards and thank you very much indeed,
Daniel
