I am working on implementing duplication check for business partners in CRM using TREX and BAS. I have done all the necessary configuration and activated the Address_search and Address_update badi. I wanted to know what is the logic behind calculating the similarity percentage. In the duplicate check configuration I have set the limit for identifying a record as duplicate. I am looking at understanding the logic how the system is calculating the similarity percentage which is being compared with the threshold limit set in configuration. Can someone please help me in understanding this logic.
