Org. Structure Replication/Copy

Hi  I was looking at the ALE configuration for replication to a different sap system ECC->CRM,  ECC->ECC(Different Clients same system) and ECC->ECC(Different systems) using message type HRMD_ABA .

Here I think we may have requirement where in only some positions and org units under a Org. Unit would be replicated under a different Org. Unit in a different system.

So if Org. Unit OU1 has positions P1, P2, P3 in System 1.

Positions P1, P3 could go under Org. Unit OU2  and P2 could be under Org. Unit OU3 in System 2.

How do we configure such scenario using the ALE replication? Do I have to use Customer exits?
