Territory Management problem in CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL report

Hi All,

We are using standard CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL for creating accounts - territories relationships.In these rules, postal code is one deciding factor for creating account-territory relationship.It seems that when using 10 digits postal code value for rules this standard assignment of territory - accounts relationships are failing(Running in Delta Mode).Anyone encountered this kind of issue before/any SAP notes available/any possible ways(like BADI,program exit) to correct  it.

Assumptions: 1. Rules are uploaded correctly.

                       2. Standard Assignment working fine while using 5 digits postal codes for rules.

                       3. we are in CRM 7.0 EHP1
