BP- TAX JURISDICTION CODE under Address

Hi, In CRM under tcode BP we have a field for Tax Jurisdiction Code and I need A report which will display me information on this Jurisd field by BP. I tried Join table by using table But021_FS and ADRC but it gives all standard addresses for this BP with Jursidiction Code  , Current and prev one. How can I only see current address with TAX Jurisdiction Code info....Thanks
